Mr. Bluegrass Hits Broad Street
Kody Norris aka “Mr. Bluegrass” and his band The Watauga Mountain Boys hit the stage running at Bluegrass On Broad
After taking a break from Bluegrass On Broad last week so that we could bring you The VW Boys from The Bellamy Hardware, we’re back on Broad and raring to go! On this edition of LocalGrass Radio we’re bringing you “Mr. Bluegrass” himself. Kody Norris and his fine band The Watauga Mountain Boys. Kody and the guys hit the stage running at 7 pm sharp. Looking sharp and sounding great. We’re thinking he’s channeling Jimmy Martin! You don’t see many young folks these days with the love for traditional “old school” bluegrass music that Mr. Norris has. We’re not saying they’re not out there, we’re just saying it’s not something you see everyday. It’s as scarce as hen’s teeth.
You’d have to look far & wide to find a better stage show. Especially when you consider the cost of admission to a Bluegrass On Broad concert is absolutely FREE! You can’t beat a bargain like that!
